Sourcing Material

Using a combination of 3D technology and live model fittings, our expert technical design team will work closely with you throughout the process to make sure your samples fit properly.
We can provide you with complete tech packs including fully graded sizes and physical samples to try on and approve.

Custom Print Design
Need custom artwork? DONE.
Our in-house art team will work with you to create original prints & graphics for all of your product needs. We can help develop your hardware, trims, hang-tags, labels and packaging. We will work closely with you to approve lab-dips, strike-offs and submits to make sure all of your art is production ready.

Production
After approval, your order goes into production.
In production we systematically check quality. At the end of the production line, before packing, EVERY GARMENT is checked two times.

What is a Nearshore Full-Service Manufacturer?
A Nearshore production partner is located close to the country of destination. Additionally they have shorter shipping times, lower labor and other associated costs, which enables them to provide competitive advantages.
A full-service manufacturer is a company that provides end-to-end services other than just design, cut and sew or assembly. We handle purchasing of all trims, fabric, processing, cut, sew, assembly, and logistics. These services are offered as “one-stop shopping” to clients, who are then relieved of having to handle these functions themselves.
We take our responsibility to our clients a step further. Because of our considerable warehouse space, we can act as a logistics hub, warehousing your fabrics to make garments for you on a short cycle plan or warehousing finished goods for you, to ship as needed.
